MarkStrat is a time-efficient review of marketing strategy that directs
the business into areas where performance could be improved. The process
involves a highly interactive seminar facilitated by a very experienced
marketing consultant, and is followed short review sessions one and three
months after the main seminar.

will have the following outputs:

degree the business managers are in agreement about core strategy
- Uncovering
